I’m a journalist, author, presenter, columnist, speaker, and, more recently, life coach.
With a background in mainstream journalism, I’m also not afraid to explore concepts like spirituality and meditation, helping to make them more relatable and attainable.
I write articles and columns for the likes of Sunday Life and Body+Soul and am passionate about using my platform to help others feel more connected and ‘seen’.
Through my work as a writer, presenter and life coach, I hope to inspire you to see possibilities for positive change in your own life and what's possible when you come into alignment with your true self.
After some 30 years as a TV news presenter and reporter, a columnist, and an author, I can now add life coach to the mix, passing on my hard won wisdom and passion for helping people find their purpose and reach their potential.
For most of my career I have been a journalist and news presenter, anchoring live national news and reporting for the likes of Sky News, ABC TV, ABC TV International and Channel 7.
I have been a columnist for Sunday Life Magazine (Sun Herald / The Age) for a good decade, writing about life, love and motherhood. I now write a monthly column for Body+Soul where I chronicle my own spiritual journey, exploring modalities to bring us closer into alignment with our true selves.
I like to talk too. I MC events and symposiums and have made regular appearances on various podcasts and TV shows like Sunrise and Today.
I’ve also published several books including Mother Zen - described as a ‘manifesto of modern motherhood’. My latest book, The Single Mother’s Social Club - Inspiration and advice on embracing single parenthood, is out now with Murdoch Books.
And I’m now a life coach, ready to share my hard won wisdom with you to help you create a life in synch with your dreams.
I’m driven by a passion for storytelling and a lifelong fascination with the unboundedness of human potential.
